1. Program for foreign partners For customers in non-English language countries RECSOFT Inc. offers special partner program. Our product EasyDone may be easily customized for any language because it already has possibility of recognition of the standard European character set ("Latin-1") and also has fully language-customizable interface. However, our company does not have enough capabilities to make translation in different languages by ourselves. In this connection we would really appreciate any help in translation. If you have online shop and would like to make translation in your local language, we will share with you 50% of revenues from sales of EasyDone when customers reach our site through your online shop. Note that you will receive 50% from sales of not only translated, but ALL versions of EasyDone. If you would like to participate in this partner program, we will sign special Non-Termination Agreement, according to which our company shall register you as the affiliate (see below about Affiliate Program) with 50% level of commissions and shall not terminate your affiliate for at least 5 years. The amount of required translation is not too big because we developed EasyDone with the idea of language customization, so we reduced all messages and other text to the possible minimum. Moreover, to minimize labor required for translation we developed special Multi-Lingual Wizard, which significantly simplifies translation process. This wizard allows also to create files for CD with translated version of EasyDone, which you may use for checking that translated files are correct (you do not actually need CD for distribution, if you promote the product through your site). Wizard is designed to help with translation of both: Demo Tutorial and EasyDone GUI. If you are thinking whether to become a partner, it is recommended first of all to download our wizard and to evaluate how easy you could make translation with it. Setup EasyDone Wizard Deutsche, 12 Mb (with output files partially translated in German language) In addition to translation of texts for Demo Tutorial and EasyDone GUI, it is necessary also to translate files for documentation. We tried to minimize these texts too. Translated files will be used for both Help and PDF, so it is necessary to translate each topic just once. Documentation files are prepared in Microsoft Word 2000 and do not require any special program tools. 2. Affiliate Program If some partners would like just promote RECSOFT's products through their online shops, they may participate in the Affiliate Program and receive 25% of revenues from sales of EasyDone, when customer reaches our site through their online shops. Participation in this program is free for our partners - they need only to be registered as affiliate of RECSOFT Inc. and to place special link to our site. Every time when customers find RECSOFT's site through our partner's site and then purchase authorization password for EasyDone (not necessarily immediately), our partner will automatically receive 25% of EasyDone selling price on the partner's bank account. 3. How it works Affiliate Program is provided by company "Share It", through which RECSOFT collects all payments. For registration as the affiliate of RECSOFT Inc. you should fill out simple registration form. After your affiliate is registered by "Share It", you will receive an affiliate ID and password to access Affiliate Control Panel on Share-It site, in which you will have access to all sales information related to your affiliate, including sales reports. Then you need to place on your site special link using Link Generator in the Control Panel. If some customer accesses RECSOFT's site or Share-It payment processing page by this link, then special cookie is saved on customer's computer. This cookie contains information about your affiliate and is used by Share-It to track that customer found the product through your site. When such customer purchases authorization password for EasyDone, Share-It will automatically send you e-mail notification and commissions, which will be received in USD, EUR or GBP on your bank account by direct deposit (for U.S. banks only), by wire transfer or check. The cookie, placed on the customer's computer, is valid for six months, so your affiliate will receive commissions in any case, even if customer does not place order immediately.
