If you are going to re-install authorized product on another computer or with different Windows version (see product documentation for details), you may receive new Authorization Password for free. To obtain new password you need the following data:

- Old Serial Number

- Uninstallation Code  

- New Serial Number

- New Verification Code

If you have this information, you may obtain new password online. For easier processing of your data it is recommended to use Microsoft Internet Explorer v 5.0 or later. If you cannot use Microsoft Internet Explorer and your browser does not work properly with the processing page, you may send your request for authorization password along with listed above data via email to the address: support@recsoft.com

Note:  Please begin the subject of your email with prefix 2RS, otherwise email may be removed by spam filter.
